Terms and conditions

Last updated 8 July 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern access to and use of RetailQueue, provided by TRUSTED MEDIA LIMITED (company number 08153782). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them.

2. The service

RetailQueue is a queue management and appointment booking platform for walk-in and appointment-based businesses, including live queue management, appointment scheduling, multi-channel notifications, analytics, and related tools.

3. Accounts and free trial

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. Our free trial requires no credit card. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

4. Plans, billing, and messaging allowances

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Each plan includes a messaging allowance (WhatsApp, SMS, and voice call notifications) described on our pricing page; usage beyond that allowance may be billed as an add-on or require an upgrade. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; annual plans can be cancelled effective at renewal.

5. Your responsibilities as a shop/business user

If you use RetailQueue to collect data from your own customers (queue entries, bookings, marketing opt-ins), you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for the accuracy of any marketing consent copy you configure. You must not use the service to send unsolicited marketing to anyone who has not validly opted in.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent communications.

7. Intellectual property

RetailQueue, its branding, and its underlying software remain the property of TRUSTED MEDIA LIMITED. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep RetailQueue available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (including messaging, payments, or hosting providers) outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRUSTED MEDIA LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
