We got tired of watching queues run on paper and guesswork
Retail Queuestarted with a simple observation: whether it's a barbershop, a clinic, a bank branch, or a pop-up event, the experience of waiting in line hasn't changed in decades. A paper ticket, a clipboard, or a shouted name — and no way for a customer to know if they're next or forgotten.
At the same time, the shops and teams running those queues had no visibility either. No record of how long people actually waited, no way to staff around real peak times, and no easy way to reach a customer once they'd wandered off.
We built Retail Queue to fix both sides of that problem at once: a QR code that gets a customer into a live queue in seconds, and a real-time dashboard that gives staff full control — call the next customer, mark someone served, log a no-show — from any device, across any number of locations.
Chain support, appointment booking, and multi-channel notifications (WhatsApp first, with SMS and push as fallback) were built in from day one rather than bolted on later, because we designed this for businesses that outgrow a single till and a single queue.
